Physical Products:
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. • Due to the nature of spiritual and digital services, all completed readings and distance services are non-refundable. This includes no-contact or video readings once they have been delivered.

• All digital products (such as PDFs, guides, or downloadable content) are non-refundable once purchased. Please review product details carefully before completing your order.
