• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your package leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping Carriers & Methods:

• We ship exclusively within Canada using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and DHL Express.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the carrier and service selected.

Tracking Your Order:

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Please note that after the package has been handed over to the carrier, Mystic Oasis no longer has control over delivery times or handling.

Shipping Delays:

• While we do our best to get your order out promptly, carriers may experience delays due to high volume, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, please allow extra time for delivery.

• If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you, but final delivery decisions rest with the carrier.
